I know I'm about two weeks late on the update, and there is no excuse except: WE ARE IN PRODUCTION. And this episode is going to flipping rock.

As you know, this episode was penned by Matt Wallace (check out his anthology, The Next Fix, soon to be in bookstores. Consider it a controlled substance.) Matt Wallace is one of the few authors I would trust with my worlds, and he has done us proud.

This episode, unlike its predecessors, is not based out of Florida, however. I've travelled north to Wilmington, NC, production ground of programs like Cape Fear and One Tree Hill.

Get ready, friends, because this part should stoke you up.

We've taken on a much larger crew for this one: a director of photography, makeup artists, propmasters, and actors with credits ranging from major motion pictures to national television. Here's a partial cast list:

Quentin Kerr (HBO series John Adams, Surface)
William Yelton (HBO series John Adams)
Cari Moskow (One Tree Hill)

Add to that the amazing cinematography of Broken Wings Productions, and you can see that we're not playing in the kiddie park on this one, friends.

Since we started the program, people have been saying, "This work is amazing! I can't wait to see what they do with a real budget!"

Well, we don't have that yet, but we have something better: a professional cast and crew who love the show and want to make this episode something mind-boggling to behold.

We are well on our way to that.

Believe me when I say: you are not ready.

Expect a video update soonish. We wrap final production this Wednesday, then I'm headed back home. A day or two to recuperate, and I'm back in the saddle.
